Item 100: Fiscal Year 2025 Urban Area Security Initiative Grant Program. Council District(s) Affected: Citywide. (R-2026-545) Resolution authorizing the Mayor, or his designee, to apply for and accept $17,716,678 and any additional grant funding from the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services to implement the FY 2025 Homeland Security Grant Program. Authorize the Chief Financial Officer to increase the Fiscal Year Budget, and to accept, appropriate and expend an amount not to exceed $17,716,678 and any additional grant funding awarded under the Homeland Security Grant Program, contingent upon receipt of a fully executed Grant Agreement if the Grant Funding is secured.
