RECOMMENDATION: Approve the following:
1) Certificate of Recognition for a Business Recognition to Digital Photo
Graphix; and
2) Certificates of Recognition to Beth Heard and Rhonda Lundberg for
Firewise USA Community Leadership; and
3) Proclamation celebrating the United States 250th anniversary of the
Declaration of Independence.
