B Consideration and possible action to authorize the Director of Public Works, or designee, to convert the existing 2-way ‘Stop’ controls on Park Street at California Avenue and install red curb parking restriction on Woodruff Avenue at Park Street. Recommendation to City Council: 1) Authorize the Director of Public Works, or designee, to convert the 2-way ‘Stop’ controls to 4-way ‘Stop’ controls on Park Street at California Avenue; and 2) Approve the installation of red curb parking restrictions on the east side of Woodruff Avenue and Park Street; or 3) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
