E Consideration and possible action to authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to Agreement File No. 464.6, in a form approved by the Housing Agency to the Dissolved Bellflower Redevelopment Agency and Kingdom Causes Bellflower to continue the Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Services for Fiscal Year 2026-2027. Recommendation to City Council: 1) Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to Agreement file No. 464.6, in a form approved by the City Attorney; or 2) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
