14. Technical Services Outsourcing Renewal for Mission Viejo Library Recommended Action: (1) Approve first amendment to existing agreement with Ingram Library Services, LLC for customized library services including cataloging and processing of library materials for the period of July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2028 (years 3 and 4), adding an amount not to exceed $300,000 to the original contract; and (2) authorize issuance of purchase orders to Ingram Library Services, LLC for an amount not to exceed $300,000.
