Recommended Action: (1) Approve Third Amendment to the existing maintenance contract
City Council Agenda 3 July 14, 2026
with Nieves Landscape, LLC.; and (2) authorize the issuance of a change order to the existing
Purchase Order for Landscape Contract Area 8 to Nieves Landscape, LLC. in an amount not
to exceed $285,000.00.
