Adopt the attached Resolution certifying the Environmental Impact Report, and approving Findings, a Statement of Overriding Considerations, and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program; and 2. Adopt the attached Resolution approving Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 19247; and 3. Introduce for first reading of an Ordinance approving a Development Agreement by title only and waive further reading.
