8. Acceptance of Sidewalk Easement at 10652 Walker Street. Prepared by: Nick Mangkalakiri, Director of Public Works Recommendation: 1. Accept a Grant of Permanent Easement for public sidewalk from North Bayport Industrial Park II, LTD., located at 10652 Walker Street; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Certificate of Acceptance and direct the City Clerk to record the easement document with the County Recorder.
