4.C. FINAL PAYMENT TO GOLDEN COAST CONSTRUCTION FOR THE 2025-2026 ANNUAL WHEELCHAIR RAMP PROGRAM PROJECT — Recommended Action: 1) Accept project as complete and approve final payment to Golden Coast Construction in the amount of $26,942.74; and, 2) Direct the Public Works Department to file a Notice of Completion.
