5.1 IRVINE CENTER OF INNOVATION AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP IMPLEMENTATION ACTIONS ACTION: 1) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to finalize, and execute a lease agreement for the Irvine Center of Innovation and Entrepreneurship (Center) at 510 Technology Drive, Suite 100, Irvine. 2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with the Stella and John Foundation, Orange County Inland Empire Small Business Development Center, Greater Irvine Chamber of Commerce, and American Lending Center, and negotiate and execute associated occupancy agreements, or other related agreements as necessary to implement those partnerships at the Center. 3) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to accept donations from the Stella and John Foundation in accordance with the associated Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and implement any associated budget revenue and expenditure appropriations. 5.1
