8. Approve Amendment No. 2 to Contract No. 2022-63-CC with John L. Hunter and
Associates, Inc., Extending Specialized Management Services of the National Pollutant
Discharge Elimination System Program for One Year
The City Council will consider: (PW)
a. Approving Amendment No. 2 to Contract No. 2022-63-CC with John L. Hunter and Associates,
Inc. to extend the contract term one year to continue specialized management services of the
NPDES Program, in an amount not to exceed $111,643; and
b. Authorizing the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 2 in a form acceptable to the City Attorney.
