10. OPERATION OF TRANSIT SERVICES IN THE UNINCORPORATED SANTA CLARITA VALLEY FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026-27 THROUGH FISCAL YEAR 2028-29 AGREEMENT - City Council consideration of entering into an agreement with the County of Los Angeles to Operate Transit Services in the Unincorporated Santa Clarita Valley RECOMMENDED ACTION: Clarita to provide public transportation services in unincorporated areas, beginning July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029, and authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the agreement, or modify the award in the event that issues of impossibility of performance arise, subject to City Attorney review.
