12. RESOLUTION 8624 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HAWTHORNE, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING THE SIDE LETTER OF AGREEMENT AMENDING ARTICLE 4, SECTION 4.1 (CLASSIFICATIONS) OF THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE HAWTHORNE EXECUTIVE GROUP AND THE CITY OF HAWTHORNE. RECOMMENDED MOTION: That the City Council approve the Side Letter of Agreement between the City of Hawthorne and the Hawthorne Executive Group (HEG), amending Section 4.1 of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) regarding classifications and salary ranges, and authorize the City Manager to execute the side letter agreement. That the City Council also approve the Resolution adopting this Side Letter.
