Groundwater Well #2 Emergency Repair – Award of Contract Recommendation: 1) Find that the project is Categorically Exempt pursuant to Section 15301, Class 1 – Existing Facilities, of the California Environmental Quality Act guidelines. 2) Authorize the Executive Director to sign the contract with General Pump Company for the emergency repair and refurbishment of Well 2 for $92,026.53. 3) Authorize the Executive Director to approve a 10% contingency for the project in the amount of $9,203.
