8.1 ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS 8.1 RESOLUTION No. 26-21 APPROVING PARTICIPATION IN THE LOS ANGELES URBAN COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN A COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES – It is recommended the City Council adopt Resolution No. 26-21 approving the County of Los Angeles Participating City Cooperation Agreement between the time period of July 1, 2027 through June 30, 2030; and authorize the City Manager to execute the contracts and subsequent amendments with the Los Angeles County Development Authority on behalf of the City. 8.1 Resolution No. 26-21 CDBG Grant Program
