7.10 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 2018-01, TELEGRAPH ROAD PAVEMENT REHABILITATION – LEFFINGWELL ROAD TO IMPERIAL HIGHWAY AND TRAFFIC SIGNAL UPGRADE AT SPRINGVIEW DRIVE – FINDING THAT PURSUANT TO THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT OF 1970, THE PROJECT IS CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT UNDER SECTION 15301 CLASS 1(C), AND APPROVAL OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS – It is recommended the City Council find that pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, the project is categorically exempt under Section 15301 Class 1 (C) and will have no significant effect on the environment; approve plans and specifications for Capital Improvement Project No. 2018-01, Telegraph Road Pavement Rehabilitation – Leffingwell Road to Imperial Highway and Traffic Signal Upgrade at Springview Drive; and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for sealed bids. 7.10 CIP No. 2018-01, Telegraphc Road Pavement Rehab.
