Recordation of the Offer of Easement Dedication for those Portions of Los
Angeles County Assessor Parcel No. 5391-003-039 (4403 Muscatel
Avenue) Proposed to be Used for Public Streets and Utility Purposes
Recommendation: That the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2026-38,
authorizing the execution and recordation of the irrevocable offer of easement
dedication for Los Angeles County Assessor Parcel No. 5391-003-039.
