E. Approval of Additional Design Services and First Amendment to the
Professional Services Agreement with RHA Landscape Architects
Planners, Inc. for the Garvey Park Improvements Project
Recommendation: That the City Council take the following actions:
1. Approve the additional design services for Garvey Park;
2. Amend the Professional Services Agreement with RHA Landscape
Architects Planners, Inc. in the amount of $97,625 with a design
contingency of 10% of project total in the amount of $29,398, and
extend the term of the agreement from December 31, 2026, to
December 31, 2027; and
3. Authorize the Acting City Manager to execute the First Amendment
to the Professional Services Agreement.
