D. Accept Completed Improvements and Authorize the Filing of a Notice of
Completion for the Catch Basin Upgrade Phase II Project No. 49018
Recommendation: That the City Council take the following actions:
1. Accept the completed improvements for the Catch Basin Upgrade
Phase II Project No. 49018 as performed by United Stormwater, Inc.;
and
2. Authorize the recordation of Notice of Completion with the Los
Angeles County Recorder’s Office and the release of retention funds.
