RI-5. AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO AGREEMENT WITH GATEWAY CITIES COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS FOR LOCAL SOLUTIONS FUND GRANT – It is recommended City Council 1) approve Amendment No. 3 to the agreement with Gateway Cities Council of Governments for implementation of the Gateway Cities Local Solutions Fund Project; and 2) authorize the City Manager to sign the amendment in a form approved by the City Attorney.
