10. Authorize Award of Contract to CWS Systems Inc. for City Council Chambers Renovation Improvements Project (CIP No. 22-038) It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve and award the construction contract for the City Council Chambers Project (CIP No. 22-038) to CWS Systems Inc. in the amount of $4,561,920.00; and 2. Approve a 10% construction contingency in the amount of $456,192.00 for the project; and 3. Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement with CWS Systems Inc. 4. Authorize the Director of Finance to make the funding reallocations shown in the second table under the Fiscal Impact section, and to make any necessary appropriations and budget adjustments.
