TAB2 23-400\nRequest City Council to: (1) Conduct Public Hearing and solicit public\ncomments from interested citizens; and (2) Consider and adopt\nResolution No. 8066 approving the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Annual\nAction Plan (AAP) authorizing the City Manager to submit the AAP to the\nU.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD); and (3)\nAuthorize the City Manager to take all actions necessary to implement the\nprograms identified in the AAP.\n(ACTION)
