Authorize Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-2027 California Cannabis Tax Fund Grant Program (CTFGP)
Grant Agreement
It is recommended that the City Council:
Approving the Application for Cannabis Tax Fund Grant Program Grant Funds".
2. Review FY 2026-2027 CTFGP Grant Agreement and Project Description; and
3. Provide any comments or feedback on the proposed grant agreement; and
4. Authorize the Chief of Police to execute the Grant Agreement on behalf of the City; and
5. Authorize the Director of Finance to make the appropriation and necessary budget adjustments.
