18. Public Hearing and Adoption of Resolution No. 2026-018 “A Resolution of The City Council of Associated with the Citywide Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance Assessment District for FY2026-2027, and Authorizing the Los Angeles County Assessor to Add this Special Assessment to the Property Tax Bills." It is recommended that the City Council hold a Public Hearing and after considering testimony, adopt California, Ordering the Annual Levy and Collection of Assessment Associated with the Citywide Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance Assessment District for FY2026-2027 and Authorizing the Los Angeles County Assessor to Add this Special Assessment to the Property Tax Bills” and authorize the Director of Finance to make necessary appropriation budget adjustments.
