22. American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Reallocation and Re-Obligation, and Reallocation of Other Funding Sources for the City Council Chamber Improvements Project It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve the reallocation and re-obligation of ARPA funds from Council Chamber Improvements to the projects and programs herein in the amount of $1,348,612.19; and 2. Approve Addendums under the Attachments section; and 3. Approve the reallocation of the funds in the amount of $2,177,666.88 listed in the table under the Fiscal Impact section to the Council Chamber Improvements Project; and 4. Authorize the Director of Finance to make the appropriation and necessary budget adjustments.
