9. APPROVE CONTRACT AMENDMENT WITH YUNEX LLC FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL POLE REPLACEMENT AT LA HABRA BOULEVARD AND DEXFORD DRIVE, CITY PROJECT NO. 2-TC-26 That the City Council: A. Waive the formal bidding requirements per La Habra Municipal Code Chapter 4.20.120(A); B. Authorize the City Manager to execute a quote with Yunex LLC for the replacement of the traffic signal pole at La Habra Boulevard and Dexford Drive in the amount of $59,950; C. Authorize the City Manager to amend and increase the existing On-call contract with Yunex, LLC. for Fiscal Year 26-27 by $65,945, which includes a ten percent (10%) contingency, for the replacement of the traffic signal pole at La Habra Boulevard and Dexford Drive; D. Approve the reallocation of $65,945 in previously budgeted CIP funding for project No. 12 - Annual Traffic Improvements Program, FY26/27 to the Yunex's LLC Annual On-call Contract for Fiscal Year 26-27 for this project.
