APPROVE NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE REMODEL/TENANT IMPROVEMENTS AT 205 SOUTH EUCLID STREET AND 106 EAST FIRST AVENUE, CITY PROJECT NO. 6-B-23 That the City Council approve a Notice of Completion for the Remodel/Tenant Improvements project at 205 South Euclid Street and 106 East First Avenue, City Project No. 6-B-23, and authorize staff to submit the Notice of Completion for recordation.
