CHANNEL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AND AUTHORIZE THE RELEASE OF THE RETENTION
PAYMENT FOR THE COMPLETED PROJECT
That the City Council:
A. Receive and file this final status report for the Coyote Creek and Imperial Channel Improvement
Project; and,
B. Authorize staff to release final retention payment to Mike Bubalo Construction Co., Inc. in the amount of
$374,867.99.
