B.6. AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES WITH PUBLIC ADVERTISING AGENCY, INC. FOR SEASONAL CITY RECREATION BROCHURE - DESIGN, PRINTING, AND MAILING SERVICES [Y. QUARKER, S. MARTINEZ, A. YANEZ, D. ALHADAD]: SUBJECT: The City Council will consider an Agreement for Services with Public Advertising Agency, Inc. for the design, printing, and mailing of the seasonal recreation brochure and postcard. RECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Agreement for Services with Public Advertising Agency, Inc. for a three (3) year period with an option for two (2) one-year extensions for the design, printing, and mailing of the seasonal recreation brochure for the total not-to-exceed amount of $229,995.80; and 2) Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute documents incident to the Agreement.
