Accept the project completion by Developers General Contracting, Inc., for the Public Works and City Hall Facility Needs Project; and 2.) Authorize staff to file the Notice of Completion with the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder County Clerk’s Office for the Public Works and City Hall Facility Needs Project.
