24. 26-583 Approve response letter to the 2025-2026 Orange County Grand Jury Report “Wildfires Hit Home” and forward to the Presiding Judge Recommended Action: A) Approve the City’s response letter with findings and recommendations to the Orange County Grand Jury Report entitled “Wildfires Hit Home”; and B) Authorize the Mayor to submit the response letter to the Presiding Judge of the Orange County Superior Court. Police
