F. ONE-YEAR RENEWAL OF CENTRAL SQUARE PERMITTING SOFTWARE CONTRACT IN THE AMOUNT OF $25,071.77 The Central Square permitting software has been integral to the operation of the Community Development Department, providing efficient processes for permit applications, reviews, and approvals. Given the software’s critical role in daily operations, it is necessary to ensure its continued availability and functionality through the renewal of the contract. California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: Not a Project as defined in Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines. Recommended Action: Staff recommends that the City Council: 1. Approve the renewal of the Central Square permitting software contract for one year at a cost of $25,071.77; and 2. Authorize the City Manager or their designee to sign the agreement, subject to City Attorney review and approval.
