22. CONSIDER AWARDING A PUBLIC WORKS AGREEMENT TO PRO INSTALLATIONS INC. DBA PROSPECTRA CONTRACT FLOORING FOR THE CARSON EVENT CENTER FLOORING REPLACEMENT PROJECT (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. AWARD a Public Works Agreement to Pro Installations Inc. dba Prospectra Contract Flooring, the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, for the removal of existing flooring, surface preparation, moisture mitigation, and installation of new flooring materials at the Carson Event Center in an amount not to exceed $87,163.00; and, — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the proposed Agreement with Pro Installations Inc. dba Prospectra Contract Flooring, following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
