19. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF A CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT (SUB-AWARD AGREEMENT) WITH THE
SOUTH BAY WORKFORCE INVESTMENT BOARD (SBWIB), INC. TO IMPLEMENT THE UNITED STATES
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY’S BROWNFIELDS JOB TRAINING (BFJT) PROGRAM (CITY COUNCIL)
RECOMMENDED ACTION
— 1. APPROVE the proposed South Bay Workforce Investment Board, Inc. Agreement in the amount not-to-
exceed $500,000; and,
— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the contract after approval as to form by the City Attorney.
