17. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF A GRANT OF EASEMENT TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY TO SUPPORT ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING INFRASTRUCTURE AT THE CITY'S CORPORATE YARD (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE the proposed Grant of Easement to Southern California Edison Company to facilitate construction, operation, and maintenance of the electrical infrastructure necessary to support the City's electric vehicle charging stations (Exhibit 1); and, — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the Grant of Easement, following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
