27. 26-55605 Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary to amend Contract No. 34848 with Arcadis U.S., Inc., of Los Angeles, CA, for software subscription maintenance, and user support services for the Portfolio Insights (Orion) Project Portfolio Management system, to continue the annual contract amount of $100,000, and extend the term of the contract to November 30, 2027, with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods.
