19. 2026-27 Fiscal Year Countywide Classification/Compensation Actions Recommendation: Approve an ordinance amending County Code, Title 6 - Salaries, to update the departmental staffing provisions to reflect positions allocated, deleted, and transferred in the Fiscal Year 2026-27 Recommended Budget and to implement routine technical adjustments and corrections to reflect earlier Board-approved budget and classification actions; and change the titles of two non-represented classifications.
