Washington Boulevard, et al., Project Cooperative Agreement Recommendation: Approve the Washington Boulevard, et al., Project (Project), located in the unincorporated communities of South Whittier, Los Nietos, and Project. The cooperative agreement provides that the County will perform the preliminary engineering and administer the construction of the Project with the of the Project cost. The total Project cost is currently estimated to be Whittier's share estimated to be $288,000. There will be no impact to the County General Fund. Authorize the Director to execute any necessary amendments and modifications of a nonmaterial nature to the cooperative agreement to incorporate necessary nonmaterial, programmatic, and administrative changes.
