31. 26-55653 Recommendation to request City Manager, in coordination with the City Attorney, Health and Human Services Department, Public Works Department, and any other appropriate City department, within 30 days, to: Angeles’ request for the Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board to issue a Cleanup and Abatement Order related to toxic runoff from the Lineage Warehouse fire in Boyle Heights; • Formally request that any Cleanup and Abatement Order, remediation plan, environmental monitoring program, or related regulatory action include downstream impacts to Long Beach, including the Los Angeles River Estuary, Long Beach coastal waters, and the Dominguez Gap Wetlands; Request City Manager, within 30 days, to send a letter to California Governor's Office of Emergency Services, California Department of Fish and Wildlife, California Environmental Protection Agency, the Los Angeles Regional Water appropriate agencies requesting improved and standardized notification and coordination protocols for fire runoff, industrial runoff, hazardous materials releases, chemical spills, and any other incidents where pollutants or potentially hazardous materials enter storm drains, channels, rivers, wetlands, estuaries, bays, or coastal waters; and Request City Manager to provide an update to the City Council within 90 days on agency responses and any available after-action reports, findings, or related information. (Citywide) Office or Department: Financial Management Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 34. 26-55610 Recommendation to receive and file the Fiscal Year 2026 (FY 26) Mid-Year 26 financial status and projections. (Citywide) Office or Department: Financial Management Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 35. 26-55611 Recommendation to adopt resolution authorizing City Manager, or designee, to execute a contract, and any necessary documents including any necessary subsequent amendments, with Landscape Structures, Inc., of Delano, MN, for providing outdoor fitness equipment, playground equipment, water play equipment, installation, surfacing, site furnishing, and related products, accessories and services on an as-needed basis, on the same terms and conditions afforded to Sourcewell (Contract No. 101625-LSI), in total contract amount not to exceed $5,000,000, until the Sourcewell contract expires on December 17, 2029, with the option to renew for as long as the Sourcewell contract is in effect, at the discretion of the City Manager.
