23. 26-55601 Recommendation to adopt resolution authorizing City Manager, or designee, to
execute an agreement, and all necessary documents including any amendments,
with the State of California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC), to
accept and expend grant funding for overtime, investigative services, and training
used to identify and eliminate the crime and public nuisance incidents associated
with ABC-licensed establishments, in the amount of $100,000, for the period of
July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027; and
Increase appropriations in the General Grants Fund Group in the Police
Department by $100,000, offset by grant revenue. (Citywide)
