12. 26-55590 Recommendation to adopt resolution authorizing City Manager, or designee, to
execute a contract, and any necessary documents including any necessary
subsequent amendments, with Cintas Corporation, of Mason, Ohio, for the rental
of uniforms, floor mats, mops, towels, and related services, on the same terms and
conditions afforded to the University of Nebraska and OMNIA Partners, in an
annual amount of $400,000, authorize a 20 percent contingency in the amount of
$80,000, for a total annual amount not to exceed $480,000, until the University of
Nebraska and OMNIA Partners contract expires on May 31, 2028, with the option
to renew for as long as the University of Nebraska and OMNIA Partners contract is
in effect, at the discretion of the City Manager. (Citywide)
