16. 26-55594 Recommendation to adopt resolution authorizing City Manager, or designee, to execute a contract, and any necessary documents, including any necessary subsequent amendments, with Bound Tree Medical, LLC, of Dublin, OH, for furnishing and delivering emergency medical supplies, on the same terms and conditions afforded to the Local Government Purchasing Cooperative (Cooperative) d/b/a BuyBoard (BuyBoard), for a total annual amount not to exceed $500,000, until the BuyBoard Contract No. 804-26 expires on May 31, 2027, with the option to renew for as long as the BuyBoard contract is in effect, at the discretion of the City Manager.
