Amendment No. 2 to Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the San Gabriel Valley Council\nof Governments and the City of Irwindale for Participation in the San Gabriel Valley Regional VMT\n(Vehicle‐Miles‐Traveled) Analysis Model\nDepartment: Engineering\nRecommendation: Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to the\nMemorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments and\nthe City of Irwindale which will: 1) update the web‐based Regional VMT Model and Assessment\nTool to the scope of work with a maintenance period of 5 y ears; 2) approve a Not to Exceed\namount of $15,000; and 3) extend the term of the MOA to April 1, 2028.
