6. Approval of a Memorandum of Understanding Between the Southern California Association of Transportation and Safety Project Grant in the Amount of $900,000 for the Safer Downtown Burbank Mobility Network Improvement Project – Community Development Department Recommendation: 1. Find the Safer Downtown Burbank Mobility Network Improvement Project categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301(c) (Class 1 - Existing Facilities); 2. Approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Southern California Program Active Transportation and Safety Project Grant; and 3. Authorize the City Manager or his Designee to execute the MOU and any other ancillary documents, including amendments, in form and substance satisfactory to the City Attorney’s Office and accept the grant funds.
