G. APPROVE COOPERATIVE PURCHASE AGREEMENT 23C085 WITH\nTT FASTER LLC, DBA FASTER ASSET SOLUTIONS FOR FLEET\nMANAGEMENT SOFTWARE IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED\n$43,178.85\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. In accordance with Palm Springs Municipal Code Section 7.09.010,\n“Cooperative Purchasing Programs,” approve Cooperative\nPurchase Agreement 23C085 (with TT FASTER LLC, dba FASTER\nAsset Solutions, in an amount not to exceed $43,178.85 beginning\nApril 1, 2023, and continuing through March 31, 2026.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary\ndocuments.
