A. AWARD A SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR REPARATIONS PROGRAM\nSERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Award a one-year service agreement with The Trustees of\nColumbia University in the City of New York to provide reparations\nprogram services for an estimated amount not to exceed\n$502,304.\n2. Approve the appropriation of $502,304 for Fiscal Year 2022-2023\nbudget from the general fund budget to fund this service.\n3.
