H. APPROVE AGREEMENT NO. 23C078 WITH QUINN COMPANY DBA\nQUINN POWER SYSTEMS FOR EMERGENCY GENERATOR\nMAINTENANCE SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Cooperative Purchase Agreement 23C078 with Quinn\nCompany dba Quinn Power Systems, to provide emergency\ngenerator maintenance services in an amount not to exceed\n$175,000 for the initial three-year term beginning May 1, 2023, and\ncontinuing through April 30, 2026, with two one-year extension\noptions at the City’s sole discretion.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary\ndocuments.
