R. APPROVE COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM AND SERVICES\nAGREEMENT WITH MOTOROLA SOLUTIONS, INC. FOR DISPATCH\nAND OPERATIONS CENTER CONSOLE EQUIPMENT, SYSTEM\nINTEGRATION SERVICES, AND WARRANTY SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Contract Service Agreement No. 23S077 with Motorola\nSolutions, Inc. for Police Dispatch and Airport Operations center\nequipment, system integration services, and warranty services for a\nfive-year term in an amount not to exceed $520,007, beginning on\nthe issuance of a notice to proceed.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute all\nnecessary documents.
