Approve Contract Services Agreement No. 23S081 with AirBadge,\nLLC, to provide annual software services integrating with AAAE in\nan amount not to exceed $270,000 commencing on July 1, 2023\nand ending on June 30, 2026.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary\ndocuments.
