K. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 6 TO CONTRACT SERVICES\nAGREEMENT NO. 7139 WITH CONSERVE LANDCARE, LLC FOR\nLANDSCAPE AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve turf conversion projects for Baristo, Desert Highland,\nFrances Stevens, Ruth Hardy and Victoria Parks as unanimously\napproved and recommended by the Parks & Recreation\nCommission.\n2. Approve Amendment No. 6 (Attachment B) to Contract Services\nAgreement No. 7139 with Conserve LandCare, LLC for a not-to-\nexceed amount of $4,253,472.01 for the turf conversion, extended\nterm, CPI increase and a revised total contract amount of\n$9,791,036.14.\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
